East Jakarta Administration is about to coordinate with Ciliwung Cisadane Rivers Area (BBWSCC) normalizing Cipinang and Sunter rivers. The coordination must be held since river handling above East Flood Canal (KBT) is under BBWSCC authority.

East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardana, admitted his side has made coordination with BBWSCC during yesterday’s flood starting from dredging, sheet-pile, and dike. Ciliwung riverbank residents also have proposed for normalization in Musrenbang.
“The proposal has been delivered to province level. Now we wait for BBWSCC action,” he said, Friday (4/22).
